Hi guys. We are interviewing for a live in nanny at the moment. I am campaigning for a young foreign nanny, maybe swedish.I reason a young one will have more energy and be more fun for our 3 kids plus of course she'd be nice to look at! The wife is having none of it and only insists on interviewing women over 50! Any suggestions on how i might win the argument?
